The book signing in Buffalo was a terrific success! With the onset of winter in Minnesota in the form of a small snow storm the day of the signing, Liz (the owner) had a great turnout! My family there to support me, we sold close to two dozen books, and had a lot of fun. The menu for the day was Apple Baklava and Three Chocolate Brownies. The table was set with very festive red, green and white. It was a wonderful start to the holiday season!

It's a book signing, demonstration of recipes from the cook book, and the official kick-off of the International Foods Aisle at Buffalo Cub Foods! It was a hoot! The 'inspiration table' was designed as a disposable holiday table. When you're done with it, simply throw most of it away! No dishes at holiday time - what could be better!
