Valentine's Day Dinner 2006

Home of Derek and Stacy Hancock - hosts for the evening's dinner

In preparation for the second edition of my cookbook, I organized a dinner to celebrate St. Valentine's Day, which allowed me to prepare several dishes for this next edition. Derek and Stacy hosted this fabulous dinner party, with 12 guests joining them. It was a cold and blustery day outside, but with the warmth of friends and a bevy of dishes from the cookbook, there was love everywhere.

My sister also joined us for the dinner, and a huge thank you goes to her for helping prep and serve the dinner. Thank you Sue! Thank you also to Derek, Stacy and Derek's Mom Jenni for all their help with clean-up!

What follows are all the photos, cleaned up a bit, taken during the course of the dinner. Once I've determined which I most want in this next edition, I will post them with the other photos from the cookbook.
