All the dishes for the St. Patrick's Day dinner include some sort of alcohol in preparation of the dish. In all but the Savarin, a great majority of the alcohol content burns off, leaving the scrumptious undertones to enjoy. All the dishes in the menu are in my cookbook, so make a meal of it and stay home and party with friends! |
